Charissa Perez Cox-Sales Agent

Charissa Pérez Cox was born in Oscoda, Michigan and moved to Orlando, Florida in 2017. In between Michigan and Orlando, she lived in over 10 unique cities from Denver, Colorado to Panama City, Panama! Her father served in the United States Air Force and took advantage of the opportunities to travel.

Charissa comes from a background of 10+ years finance and is currently a Senior Financial Analyst for Johnson & Johnson providing financial leadership to The Human Performance Institute in Lake Nona. Prior to that she managed a team that reported profit and loss and balance sheet statements for a trading desk that traded and securitized asset- and mortgage-backed products at Morgan Stanley. She also supported regulatory reporting and compliance teams at Goldman Sachs & Co. She brings her professionalism, attention to detail, analytical, and finance skills to bear when working with her real estate clients.

Charissa attended Delaware State University and earned a degree in management with a focus on finance and accounting. Her skills in finance and management give her a unique insight into how to be efficient and effective in researching local markets, marketing properties and negotiating on behalf of her clients.

Charissa entered the real estate industry with two main goals in mind. First, to help people navigate the real estate market and make smart investments in residential and commercial property. Second, Charissa wants to invest in real estate and use it to serve her community and help others.

Charissa is married and lives in the Conway area of Orlando, Florida with her husband and two mini poodles. She spends her free time exploring all that Central Florida has to offer. She is also discovering new ways to enjoy coffee by visiting local coffee shops and is blogging about her life in Orlando.
